All of our products are E-Books, delivered in digital format.

No physical items are shipped.

2. No Returns

Since our products are digital, returns are not possible.

Once an E-Book has been purchased and the download link has been provided, the sale is considered final.

3. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for digital products once the file has been delivered.
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited cases:

You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).

You did not receive the download link after payment and our support team could not resolve the issue.

The file provided is corrupted or unreadable, and we cannot provide a corrected version.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible with the E-Book format before purchasing.

We are not responsible for issues related to your device, software, or internet connection that prevent access to the E-Bbook.
